Online health insurance comparison misleading?

I just read the news, that The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) have accepted court-enforceable undertakings from iSelect Health. They might mislead the customer by claiming providing compared health insurance quotes from various health insurer, helping customer finding all health insurance cover, thus could find the best cover with the lowest price.

In fact, some questioning the independence of such health insurance comparison website. Because is some cases, some insurer were excluded because do not want to pay new fee to the website owner.

This a stunning fact for us all. While most article and broker suggest that one way to compare was through such comparison website, the website were questioning.  But, you should not too worried with that. After all, most of the health insurance company already have their own website.

Check this site one by one. I know it’s time consuming, but if will save your budget in the long run. or if you can not look online, you always can comeback to health insurance broker. He will helped you to find the best health insurance cover that suit with your need.

Most of people do not want to use broker agent because they think they are unreliable. But, that is not the truth. This broker agent already been given product knowledge about various health insurance quotes, thus makes them the number 1 source to find affordable health insurance

Good Job. It amazes me how many people still don’t shop around for insurance. Even with all these sites out there that can search the insurance marketplace in minutes. Remember to shop around and get more than one quote. And don’t just accept your renewal from your current insurer.
