Smokers Should Pay The Children’s Health Insurance!

Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007

Well, just reading Laurie Barnaud argument. It’s interesting even she’s not a smoker, she against that children’s health insurance are being paid by smokers through taxes. There is too much pressure against smokers in America. They already paid higher taxes, smoking outdoor, etc.

I think, smokers MUST pay the children’s health insurance. Why? Because they are the core or unhealthy environment. Smokers had make the cost for health insurance higher and higher for every period of time. Cigarette smoke has killing us slowly, and children. Can you imagine the effect of a single smoker in a single house with children inside it?

Those children, I’m sure will have a higher risk from respirator disease. Thus, pay higher premium. This thing that make government have to maintain high cost of SCHIP, to protect children with low income.

I believe, if the smokers STOP smoking, the cost to protecting our children will be lower, a lot lower! Beside, let’s face it. Not every one can afford to have a proper health insurance.

So, smokers. Please stop smoking. It’s for our children.
