- Uninsured people face more costly medical care than the insured.
- Uninsured people often go without screenings and preventive care.
- Uninsured people are often subject to avoidable hospital stays.
- Uninsured people are less likely to have a usual source of care outside the emergency room.
Change your lifestyle.
If you’re uninsured, don’t worried; I understand how tight your household budgets are these days and, and i want to help you get and stay healthy. But first you must help yourself.
You can help by changing your lifestyle bu doing everything possible to lead a healthy lifestyle:
- STOP smoking.
- Eat a lot of healthy food and start diet.
- Get general check-up each 6 month to detect any suspicious desease right away.
- No Alcohol! And drink lots of water.
You have to do it your self, but if you find out it’s hard to do it, you may find someone to help you. Once you do, you’ll find your insurance rates dropping and affordable health insurance much easier to come by.

- Consider pairing a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a health insurance plan. An HSA allows you to use pre-tax dollars to cover routine health expenses, lowering the cost of your major medical insurance.
- Increase your deductibles. The more you’re willing to pay before your insurance kicks in, the less you’ll pay in insurance premiums.
Finally, make use of resources like the Internet, friends and family. Spend some time researching, reading and getting recommendations. Since health insurance quotes can vary widely from one insurer to another, these might be the shortest routes to the savings you need.
